      Fine for Stagnant People

      Pros

      They have unlimited PTO, you can be fully remote, they care about creating a positive culture.

      Cons

      The PTO will not be approved, you will be expected to work outside of normal work hours, there are no opportunities for advancement.

      Ok environment if you're on the good side

      Cons

      Low pay and benefits took a downward turn recently Pressured against using "unlimited time off" Lack of feedback/transparency Employees (at least for Paychex work) are disposable High turnover and team switches Unethical termination practices (Frames layoffs as fires with no severance just before retirement vesting kicks in)
