Nice/Talented people and ownership is pretty hands off.

Cons

The hands off element of ownership also means that depending on your department you have a great experience or be micro managed. Things might have changed by now from when I was there.

We, too, think we have some really nice and talented people here at Mindex! We work with our managers on their leadership styles and encourage them to help their direct reports grow and fine tune their skill sets. We're all better when everyone works together and grows.
