      Pros

      Minds Matter provides a culture of understanding, compassion, team-focused and always working to do the right thing for the people we serve. Best company I have worked for. The flexibility of schedule and ability to style it the way you need is priceless.

      Cons

      When working with consumers that may have complex medical needs, there may be unforseen cancellations that effect consistency.

      Pros

      Working with people who have experienced brain injury to recover and work toward goals they set is really rewarding and fun. The company is very supportive and receptive to feedback. It is obvious that consumers and staff always come first.
