Cons

- Due to senior management politics, lost focus towards winning and retaining customers & projects - Board of directors/CEOs/Senior leaders are not bothered in analyzing the problems at levels down to them in order to resolve issues and revive growth. - Management not bothered about retaining good and loyal employees

Strong list of client, pleasant co-workers.

Cons

Lack of direction from executive team with no clearly defined process in place. Extremely political environment that led to a revolving door (Voluntary and Involuntary) when it came to middle management. Highly metrics driven that severely limits ability to think out-side the box
