Also, you seem to have enjoyed learning new technologies. It would be helpful to know more about the technologies and how you think that your newfound knowledge has or will benefit your budding career. The first one about increment seems to reflect your disappointment about the amount of increment, rather than the frequency. If this is not the case, please do let me know. For your information, the increment is always competitive with the market and dependent upon many factors, including current role, performance rating, relevant years of experience, competency level and potential for advancement. The second Con about management is quite vague, so it is difficult to discern exactly what is less than acceptable to you.
