      HR in Mindteck communicates all information through Mindteck HR email id to your individual official email id . You should regularly / weekly once must check the email send by HR . Else you may miss certain important communications .

      Pros

      If you are deployed in a good project then there are many things to learn and you will like it. Seniors are supportive and everyone cares about the work you do and nothing else.

      Cons

      Infrastructure not good. Growing at a very slow rate and should try to get more projects and expand its offices in India
