      1. Poor work facilities, the AC chilling is uneven. In our area the cooling is less & after 6 they switch off the aC. So weuse fans 2. Poor management. Client centric 3. People with no brains at the top. 4. No work from home facilities

      There are so much of perception based business that happen in Mindteck. No strategic decisions based on the the business improvement.

      No growth No career HR team is the worst team to connect with.

      1. Flexible timings 2. No Dress-code policy 3. No Variables 4. Convenient location 5. Since a small company, you'll get a lot of exposure towards your work 6. Few renowned clients like NetApp, HP, etc

      Cons

      1. Client list is very few 2. No long-lasting clients 3. They don't even try to retain clients; once work is over just pack-up everything.. no need to talk for expanding the contract/sales
