      Very less pay with more work. Work is only given to the one who works well, work is not divided equally. No proper appraisals

You must be aware by now that , increment are dependent on multiple factors, including role, performance and market competitiveness. We are also equally vigilant towards retaining our top talents through various initiatives and by acknowledging the current level of performance, future potential and available of roles. We also run calendarized employee engagement events what gets communicated through the internal communication channels, I am sure you are vigilant towards that.
