Good for entry level/new graduate only

- The pay and benefits are entry level. - Flexible and relaxed work environment. - The colleagues are amiable.

Cons

- The supervisor is also very willing to understand the needs of the employees, but they went to no ends after. - Poor and rushed training, or no training plan, but they expected you had gained all experience for their business. - You will be blamed for people not wanting/ being able to afford to rent - A senior IT fired with no formal explanation to all. It spreaded the panic to whole team for weeks.
