Lots of encouraging and forward thinking talk to get you to join.

Cons

Once you join, it’s completely Disorganized, no unified vision, lots of demands and no direction to get the job done with zero regard to actual employees. Feedback is not taken seriously and leadership does not have trust for their employees judgements
