Everything else, Management communicates when they want to, they don't care to help you grow within the company they just want you to do the job and half their job and not pay you for doing manager duties. You literally open/close a store by yourself, count money, process deposits, count inventory, manage other employees, oversee the store and get paid only 13 dollars, free services is not worth being taken advantage of. NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU WORK THEY WILL NOT PROMOTE YOU UNLESS THEY LIKE YOU. MANAGERS DON'T APPRECIATE THEIR EMPLOYEES OR THANK THEM FOR THEIR HARD WORK!

No breaks, Over worked, underpaid, very unprofessional company, no respect from management at all broken promises, under valued for your hard work no growth, very high turnover rates, favoritism understaffed all the time so your pressured to take on more then your job title with no support from higher up and management have a way of putting their job duties on the front desk staff no advancement or support in the company your disposable for them no matter how much money or work you do for them you're contacted on your day off to work and they always change your schedule without your permission or without notifying you and have no way of tracking your hours to much drama and gossiping!
