Pros

Miniluxe is that company that thinks they are the best at what they do but are so off based. The CEO doesn’t have a clue about customer service and how to retain good clients. Upper management is basically non existent, they are never in the store at all probably grabbing lunch somewhere. They leave decision making to whoever is in the store. I guess the only pro is you get a half an hour lunch break and the technicians are good.

Cons

Pick your poison. CEO- clueless Management- lazy and inept Staff- Ok I guess. Trust me people if you want to grow in a company and feel like you are at a place that’s truly rewarding please don’t come here and look at their reviews- Awful!

Pros

Free services, met a diverse group of beauty driven technicians

Cons

Lack of support from upper management, there was no employee empowerment or ability to be creative for the company in regards to marketing or sales. A company that prides itself on being distinguishingly different from other nails salons but only provide mediocre work to underpaid staff with overpriced services. Upper management is careless and unhelpful, only helping themselves with no support from an actual HR.
