A word of warning: If you’re not interested in working in a startup environment, don’t apply. If you’re not interested in working harder than normal, don’t apply. If you’re not interested in dealing with the growing pains that inevitably come with a startup company, don’t apply. I could keep going but I’m sure you get the point. Miniluxe is an excellent employer and I love them to death but it isn’t for everyone. I urge you to do your research and try to figure out whether it’s a good fit for you.

Hmmm, what do I like about Ancile? The culture for one. The general mood is friendly though you’ll always have your negative nancies. I also like the work/life balance. I’ve had better but it ain’t half bad. The benefits are good as well. There’s a lot of potential here that you can tap into if you have good work ethic.

Cons

The advancement opportunities are limited.

Expectations are reasonable. You’re not asked to do anything that anyone in a position of leadership wouldn’t do themselves. I think that’s one of the biggest perks of working at a company like Miniluxe. You’re more than just a number here. No matter what your role you will be treated like a valued asset.

Cons

Gotta work weekends. That’s just how it is in this industry.
