I had a lot fun working for this company. Everyone is laid back and no one takes themselves too seriously. We’re professionals but we don’t let it get to our heads. Since the culture is so family friendly everyone knows each other fairly well. The locations are very clean and nice looking. Best perk is the free services.

Cons

Turnover at the managerial level is high.

I think Miniluxe is revolutionizing the nail industry for the better. They’re making gradual improvements every single day. They offer affordable dental, vision and health benefits. Pay could be more but it’s still competitive. Management is open and easy to approach. The work environment is healthy.

Cons

They could offer more days off during holidays.

My manager has worked with me and accommodated schedule changes numerous times. I know she didn’t have to do it but I’m glad she did. At Miniluxe the management team make it a point to make working conditions as easy on the staff as possible. I don’t always work the hours I want all the time but I still can’t complain. Best job I’ve had to date!

Cons

Rumor has it the budget is tight because Miniluxe has so many locations. They’re making it work though.
