Pros

Great tech training with written protocols flexible hours good pay friendly environment between coworkers polishes are much healthier than other brands I've worked with no powder/acrylic nails - much healthier environment no cross gel brands VERY CLEAN!

Cons

Some Management people seem to not be so friendly. They do things through processes but are still unorganized in many ways

Pros

Good pay, free services, clean environment, friendly coworkers, located continently near t stations, health and dental insurance available for full time

Cons

No breaks for front desk ever which is illegal shifts are 6 hours+ always standing but they want you to wear cute shoes that aren’t supportive, management never around, entitled clients.

The pros is that it is fast paced. I learned how to cut my time down. It helped me at my current job.

Cons

Have to up-sell, sell terrible products, crazy management, crazy corporate team, and low hourly (I used to receive commission).
