Growing company with lots of opportunity. Never a dull moment. Good place to work if you are flexible and willing to work hard.

Cons

As, with all growing companies, there were sometimes growing pains. Communication on priorities was not always clear.

Good benefits, not an overly supervised job where corporate is breathing down your back 24/7

Cons

Low pay for a lot of responsibility-front desk pretty much runs the place while managers come n go as they please. All of these miscellaneous schedule requirements kick in after you provide your availability. Getting time off is a hassle sometimes-there's more to life than miniluxe n it's needy clients. You can barely ever get a break if you need one. Schedule is so inconsistent n never posted in s timely manner.
