Pros

Being able to be part of client treatment and make a difference was fantastic. Growth opportunities are available for people that are "yes people" and do not question practices

Cons

Unethical work practices in certain areas due to the management and lack of experience. Staff treatment leads to PTSD for many staff and questionable practices/communication with families and staff.

Pros

I can’t begin to express how refreshing it is to work with positive people who love what they do. You can’t fake that kind of enthusiasm and compassion!

Cons

I can’t say a single bad thing about this organization or any of the people in it.

People in management care deeply about their staff and clients. They’re always looking for ways to improve care for people with autism.

Cons

Naturally, the patient population is challenging to work with.
