      Great company to work for if you love helping children with autism!

      Pros

      As a behavioral therapist, I get to help children learn new skills. I like the frequent opportunities to learn more about ABA by attending trainings and getting feedback from my supervisors.

      Cons

      If you work at the MAC school be prepared to not have a lunch break. Also, only senior level employers are given coffee. MAC does not compensate their employees for staying late to write progress notes.
