Pros

Upper management us willing to train new professionals in management positions. This position allows you to have your own team and have a nice blend of activities in your day.

Cons

Relatively fast paced and a learning curve to their systems. As always with OP MH there’s a moderate to high quota for work output.

Pros

I learned a lot in my time here. But even though I left I’d have to say it was a worthwhile experience and one I won’t soon forget.

Cons

Working with kids with autism in reality is very different than how you imagine it will be when you’re in school.
