Growing in knowledge of ABA

Pros

The BCBA's work very hard behind the scenes to ensure ethical and up to date, evidence based therapy is being implemented. Utilize Safety Care procedures to ensure least restrictive procedures are being performed. Great support from the Regional Director/Case Coordinator/Clinical Supervisor. They all work to ensure the Behavior Therapist feels comfortable, confident, and is given the resources to effectively perform their job. High compensation for a Behavior Therapist position, with opportunities for advancement So fun to see kids grow and master their goals!

Cons

Working in the field of ABA can be high burnout.
