Pros

The kids are great to work with. When you are working one on one and finally see all of your hard work pay off, it’s a pretty amazing feeling.

Cons

CEO and Admin care NOTHING about employees. Very high possibility you WILL get hurt during a challenging/aggressive behavior. The group billing model needs to be revamped. Some clients sit there for 4 hours with little interaction from therapist.

Clients and families are amazing! Staff is dedicated.

Cons

Management is money-oriented and has limited understanding of Autism. Vaccines were offered to non-essential staff ahead of essential workers.
