Pros

The kids and making a difference in their lives everyday. If you actually do your job which no ones does there.

Cons

Horrible management!! Nobody knows what they are doing! So many changes constantly. So many people just sit around all day and don't teach the kids anything, very sad. There are some good workers and therapists that work there and work really hard! But most people there don't care about the kids and just sit around all day letting the kids do whatever they want. Things aren't clean, things are not up to code.

The kids are the only reason to stay.

Cons

The aba therapy is traumatic and you can see it in the children. The culture is horrible. The job is hard on you physically and emotionally.
