Pros

Working with the kids, good PTO, learning more about ASD, nice hours (8:30-4:30), establishing the ability to complete paperwork and documentation.

Cons

Very cliquey, no flexibility, staff who have been working for the company longer than you will be rude, "too bad so sad" attitude, always short staffed, NO room for growth

Pros

The best part about working for MAC is the impact that you can have upon a child's quality of life through improving their skills and through teaching them how to exhibit self-control of their problem behaviors.

Cons

There is very little support for employees in positions of management. Lots of micromanaging and a lack of concern for the trickle down effect that fast, large growth can have upon clients. Lack of flexibility for staff in combination of lack of support results in high rates of turn over.
