Pros

Very competitive pay and you get to feel really good knowing that you're helping to provide a service to children in need

Cons

Coming to work in the Corporate Headquarters in Minnetonka is hard every day. The CEO of the company must be unquestioned. Even asking well intentioned questions leads to punishment in the form of being "blacklisted" or socially shunned. This even applies to senior management and if you have real, substantive questions or concerns about the way things are done. Recently, the CEO left on extended leave at the same time other senior managers are on vacation with no explanation, and the main office has been left ruderless. Very confusing and stressful place to work!

Pros

The kids are great to work with. When you are working one on one and finally see all of your hard work pay off, it’s a pretty amazing feeling.

Cons

CEO and Admin care NOTHING about employees. Very high possibility you WILL get hurt during a challenging/aggressive behavior. The group billing model needs to be revamped. Some clients sit there for 4 hours with little interaction from therapist.
