The Worst Company Ever!

Pros

did not find any pros at all

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked at. Horrible unsupportive management. Clinical supervisors have their own snitches all over the place so you can not trust anybody. Human Resources Department is the most unprofessional you can ever find. There's no respect towards employees who by the way do not get paid that much at all for that type of stressful dangerous job. Also, no opportunities for professional growth. If you are looking for a supportive team, nice supervisors and if you are ready to dedicate yourself to a company, make sure you stay away from MAC and find a way better company to work for. There are so many other good companies out there who appreciate their employees.

Awful workplace!

Pros

Relationships built with kids and staff

Cons

Management cares mainly about money and billing. Very poor communication to staff and client families. You get talked down to and most emails even the ones with concerns don't get replies. Management ignores problems and just says "we are looking into it" and nothing changes.
