Pros
I love that we move so fast to help customers and solve problems. There's always an endless list of problems to solve but we don't shy away. Given we all work in the office, we're always talking in real time and don't spend much time in meetings. We also have so much inbound sales interest that we can barely keep up with demand. That's super rare!
Cons
Because we move so fast and are constantly changing things, it's really hard to keep up. I guess that's part of being in a high growth startup. It also means we have to build everything such as processes as we go through them in real time. You can look at this as part of the fun too, but it can also be super stressful when you have too much work to do. I guess I'd rather be overwhelmed with good work than underwhelmed with work or overwhelmed with bad work.

Team is very collaborative, and helps with every step of every process Everybody is just as dedicated to making the company succeed as everyone else Work is fun, and you get to solve interesting front end and backend problems
Cons
Team is a bit small, we definitely have a lot to work on which is fun, but having more members on eng would help a ton
