      Pros

      - Great place to learn, grow and improve career wise. - space to experiment and build - low ego environment - team members are super helpful - emotionally healthy working environment. - competitive compensation with cool perks - the team is super passionate about the product we’re building and its impact on the world we live in. - everybody cares about everybody - great communication and transparency from the top down

      Cons

      - My baseline for what working in a cool company looks like has been destroyed 😂 - sometimes there’s high pressure to deliver in certain periods, but I guess that comes with working in a startup environment

      Pros

      I’ve experienced exceptional growth both professionally and financially. The founders and team provide constant support, creating an environment of genuine care and trust that empowers you to execute independently. The company moves fast with a high-agency culture where everyone is pushed to be better. You’ll face meaningful challenges that force you to learn new things and figure out solutions as you go. The product is great, the culture is amazing, and customer care is paramount to everything we do. If you thrive on independence, rapid iteration, and working on problems that matter, this is an incredible place to grow.

      Cons

      The fast-moving nature cuts both ways. if you have low agency or need heavy direction, you can easily fall behind. As a small team, there’s always more to do than hands available, which means you’re constantly challenged. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out as the company scales.
