My experience at Minto Group was challenging, and it wasn’t until I left that I fully understood how unhealthy the environment was.
Management was inconsistent and often felt driven by personal preference rather than clear, objective standards. This created an uneven experience across the team and negatively impacted morale and
HR support was also a concern. Interactions at times felt unprofessional and lacking in empathy, and overall processes seemed more focused on protecting the organization than supporting employees. This made it difficult to feel heard or fairly supported when issues came up. And they gossiped, a lot.
While not a positive experience, it gave me clarity on what I expect and deserve in a workplace and reinforced that stronger, more respectful and supportive cultures do exist.
