Was a great company to work for. I had lots of fun and learnt quite a bit. I really enjoyed working for them

Cons

Could be a little initmidating with all the people that actually work there. Especially with a language barrier. I would reccomend them to anyone though

Pros

Minto is a privately-owned, predominantly family-run business that has excelled the Cdn market when it comes to housing, rentals and leasing opportunities. The company looks after you very well, provides tons of social programs, are highly socially aware and prioritize their responsibilities to society. I would highly recommend them as the employer of choice.

Cons

I was not provided with much growth options and would have liked to develop and progress within the organization, as it would have been my initial choice as a recent graduate.
