Working at Minto has been one of the best experiences I have had so far. The company's culture is exceptional; the resources provided to employees are vast, and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and supportive.

Cons

Lots of smart processes in place that could be overwhelming for someone who have just started, but once you learn the Minto way, everything becomes much easier. These processes are meant to make your day productive and more enjoyable,
