At the location I worked was so rewarding and the customers around specific area were so sweet even the bosses were very respectful

Cons

Being such a small store it would get a bit slow witch makes the night go slow

Family run, c level very caring

Cons

The operations of their stores and the VP are part and practice the "good ol'boy" network. If they like you you're good if they don't they will see you are not welcome.
