Pros

This is a great way to network with some great people who care about you and the work that you are doing for their hearing aids. There is a lot of attention to detail that you can show the client right in front of you. There is instant gratification from helping people hear better.

Cons

Not everyone wants to hear better, and there was a lot of travel involved with my specialist position with the company.

Pros

Mon-Fri, hourly pay + commission, paid holidays, 401 k, insurance. The franchise owner(s) appreciate all staff and they are very flexible if need be, they are also very supportive. The Front Office Assistant pretty much runs the office, and it's a good job if you like to work with people. You can make very good money if you are doing the job well.

Cons

Sometimes you have to work over time if you don't have enough appointments. When you work with commission, you can often times see that people in general are greedy. The OA's aren't always supported like they should be, especially with how important their job is. Overall great company, I would make it a long term career if I wasn't graduating.

Minimal supervision, paid marketing and sales leads, no working weekend or holidays (unless you choose to), high paying commission, supportive staff(depending on the franchise), you get to help people

Cons

None that I can think of
