      Rewarding position but frustrating to deal with corporate.

      Pros

      Customers, low stress, helping people.

      Cons

      Lack of consistency on corporates part. No room for growth or advancements. No healthcare or retirement benefits. Limited personal time and forced to use vacation days for sick leave. No pay increases and extra hours added with out compensation.

      The only pro there is the clients coming in I love them

      The pay sucks.half the clients that come in cam hear but are told they need hearing aids the owner,consultants and the lab specialist that goes to each office just think about the money to be made they don't care about the people I have seen so many get hearing aids they don't even need them the company treats their office assistants like crap they want us to lie to get people in..finding another job this company thinks about themselves rochester ny consultants and lab specialist only make money when they sell hearing aids

      Hearing aids work and one can help change a life for the better.

      Cons

      Owners are basically good guys but they care more about making sales than changing the life of someone in need. Sales will come if you treat people right.
