      Great team dynamic, job security and treat employees great.

      Low pay, no lunch break and workload can be low or overwhelming depending on location and time of year.

      Pros

      You get to share the "gift of sound." You can choose your salary/commission plan from 3 options. They offer health, dental, 401k Match, Sick Time and Vacation Time.

      Cons

      There is no room to "move up the ladder." Their base salary plan is well below industry standard. The only way to increase pay is to increase your own sales or switch companies.
