They took really good care of employees and their patients.

Cons

Managers were often scattered around and working for a franchise made it very difficult to effect any change.

Continually provides support and education for products. Keeps standards high for customer satisfaction. Try’s to provide excellent hearing aids options within budget if most people.

Cons

Your experience will vary with the franchise owner and management in your area. The more closely the owners and managers adhere to Miracle-Ear policy’s and procedures, the better your experience will be.
