My boss is reasonably and it is easy. It was a great place to get started back working again. Love working with the customers.

Cons

No where to move up really. No benefits with my employer. No more room for raise. Not enough to keep me busy.

Easy training for the position I held. Telemarketing/ cold call sales is all that it is. My ability to catch on was a sinch.

Cons

The front desk position was not challenging enough. There was nothing taught to you about the hearing aid process.

My Franchise owner lets me run the store without micro managing us. Hours are flexible. Pay is good. Advertising / Expenses taken care of by owner. Frasier Enterprises is the franchise owner. Wouldn't work for another one.

Cons

I work and haven't won the lottery yet.
