      Pros

      Big Brand to work for, Be aware these are owned by franchisees. Don't have much positive to say.

      Cons

      Low pay for the stress of dealing with the owners of these locations. They say that there hearing aids are the best, that's a lie just to make a sale. Staff have work on patients with out valid state licenses. Cameras are watching and hearing your every move. Get ready to be yelled at when you miss a sales opportunity. Corp needs to take back these locations, but wont as long as they are selling enough units. All Corp. really cares about it seems. This review is for the Southern California locations owned by the Sagaldo's

      Pros

      Pros, I like the hours 8:30-5:00. However if your busy you won't get a lunch break. You are required to work over time but can't get paid for it because if you get any over time you will be wrote up and then fired. They don't like to pay you for your time.

      Cons

      No overtime. Pay does not stand up to others with the same job and job duties. No place for advancement Everything changes on the daily and never for the better. You have to work over but have to clock out first. Don't keep promises. It's a mess!

      Pros

      Not what I signed up for, be careful the management will very much sell you a job that's not accurate. Money was good, terrible work life balance, stress & training is only sales, not technical.
