      Working with great Staff and seeing results with patients. 10 vacation days and Holiday pay.

      Pros

      High Compensation!! Freedoms to run your own Clinic. Miracle-Ear provides the best technology in regards to testing, Verification and hearing aids available on the market today. Some locations have highly experienced and trained professionals and are open to help new comers in the field. Best experience in my 13 years in the field. No one else compares to the service provided to the patient.

      Cons

      Communications sometimes lacking. Not a place for the weak! You must be able to motivate patients well. If you can’t this is not a place to work. Costco, Sams club will fit you better.

      Most rewarding job I've ever had

      Pros

      Helping people hear again is the best thing I've ever done in my life. My coworker is great, and the management in our franchise is the best! I'm moving up in my company because I'm choosing to further my education and become more involved in helping people. My company encourages advancement, and supports you in all your success!

      Cons

      The only con is if you can't handle a fast past environment with a high demand for organization and consistency.
