      Pros

      9-5 gives a good life balance

      Cons

      Communication is terrible , job descriptions are invalid , weekends and over time are mandatory at least once a quarter, if there is a call out you are alone in the office as there are only two employees at a time.

      Pros

      great patients and work life balance. If you can get past some of the issues with management the job itself is rewarding.

      Cons

      Management can be condescending, lack of organization on managements part, failure to communicate new policies effectively

      You have a clear set schedule.

      Cons

      Low pay, Management is money driven and not effective. Always requesting accountability from teams members but not accountable themselves. Always adding new SOP's but usually complicate things further adding a stop gap instead of focusing on the driving issues. No advancement opportunities.
