Pros

Quiet office setting Helping people who have hearing loss

Cons

*Poor management *Racist ideology permeates *High pressure sales on a fragile population *disrespectful communication from all levels of management *overly demanding job description for the pay ; housekeeping, inventory, insurance, appointment setting, office supplies, hearing aid supplies, finance companies, book keeping, and assorted other duties as all location tasks fall on, what I have heard the position coined as, the "over-rated secretary". *if the Hearing Aid Consultant is a reasonable person the days with this company can be tolerable, but employee retention is a problem across the New England region.

Pros

If you’re lucky you have great coworkers who actually care about the patients.

Cons

Cold calls are aggressive, little pay for front desk and growth opportunities, aggressive selling tactics towards patients who don’t have the money nor need the top of the line.
