      Decent earnings potential, but poor management support

      Pros

      Can make decent money after the first few months.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits, no 401k matching. Takes a while to make any money. Management rushes you to go full commission (no salary). Management is very particular and don't listen to employees, very little support. Very much sell sell sell even when the patient (typically older) don't need to spend 6 to 9k on new hearing aids.

      Pros

      - I/we LITERALLY change lives, for the IMMENSE better, every single day! - A fantastic work culture where everyone is thought about, cared for, treated, and paid well. - Training is provided which allowed/allows me to truly feel ready and prepared for my job each and every day. - Management is there to help guide us but is not there to micro-manage us.

      Cons

      - The company allows me to work as much as I would like IOT to help as many people as possible. Well, this then leads to me working more than 40-hours/week. With that said, that's a CHOICE. It's not obviously mandated. Not sure if it's a con, or not, but I could not think of anything else for the "Cons" box.
