      Such a great place to work. Lots of opportunities. Someone is always available when needed. Been here for 6 years and don't plan on leaving.

      Nothing really to say for a con. Every place has its good days & bad days & I must say there are a lot more good then bad,

      I love working for Miracle Ear. The support from the top down is amazing. They are just a phone call away if I need help. They take great care of their employees and their customers,

      Truthfully, I can't really think of a con with working for Miracle Ear. I have been here for 2 and half years and I have always been supported, encouraged and cared about.

      Pros

      Good Money and Satisfaction when times are good and you have a lot of new patient appointments.

      Cons

      Managements only cares about metrics. Marketing will fail for sometimes months causing sales and income to plummet of no fault of your own. You are swindling people with very expensive devices on the premise that our aftercare is somehow different than others.
