      ME is a total scam!

      Cons

      They make it look like you are going to make a great deal of money but find ways to reduce commissions through misleading practices. They don't care if you have a health issue. They want their money and expect you to work regardless. They make you feel like a hamster on a wheel, churning until you are burned out. Then they just replace you. Management is ruthless! They use scare tactics to get elderly people to buy by, stating they will get Altheimer's and dementia if they do not get hearing aids. It is so unethical!

      Helping elders to live better lives.

      Cons

      Salary is 100% commission based - you're working against a draw/base. Difficult to compete against over-the-counter, less expensive product, and outlets like Costco. Miracle-Ear does not accept most insurance and is out-of-network. Long, hard hours in a declining industry, lots of turnover, difficult to get licensed. No room for advancement.
