      Many people get into this business to help people, which you do but be mindful that it is a sales role that comes with typical expectations of sales. That isn't necessarily a con but something to be considered.

      They pay for training and licensing. Must be self motivated with critical thinking skills. Prior education makes the training process much easier, but it is not a requirement. Lots of opportunities for growth once you are licensed.
