      Pros

      Amazing leaders and co-workers who take time out of their day to help you train and learn the knowledge necessary to earn your licensing. Management makes sure you are hands on learning from the very beginning to assure you know what to do and how to best fit your patients. Miracle-Ear has bent over backwards for me and put me in the right office to help me succeed in helping our patients hear better in any situation.

      Cons

      Occasionally when a dispenser from another office has to call in for a day someone has to leave their current office to go fill in for the other office.

      Making a difference in peoples lives by helping them hear again. Pay. Opportunity for promotion, the company likes to promote from within.

      Cons

      Training is very intense in the beginning. Sometimes have to take appointments late or on Saturdays.
