      Good if you need a job

      Pros

      -SOME of the higher ups care. Most dont. -Pay bonus's in gift cards so it doesnt get taxed

      Cons

      You are in sales, you are not in medical. You are 10 different jobs in one with low pay and expect you to cold call a list of over 300 70+ y/o people. They want you to call, to email, to leave a voicemail every single time. Their marketing is awful and you are front and center. The big guys up in corpo do not care about you. They wanted to transfer me, when I said I have a life where I am with my partner and home and their only response was "well you arent married?" The hearing aid specialist at time treat you like they are your boss... they arent. They want you to take lunch breaks but god forbid you actually take longer than 30 minutes to eat and rest your brain. I was miserable and they pay is not worth. If I got paid more and could afford bills maybe i would have tolerated it more. Insurance was SO expensive as well. It would have cost me the same if not less to go get my own vs with the company.

      It's a great entry level job into different forms of health

      Pros

      *Complete Job Training *830-5 work schedule M-F *Overtime availability *Learning about insurance companies and HIPAA regulations

      Cons

      *very pushy when it comes to making a sale *HIS gets paid really nicely while OM has hard time making ends meet when HIS couldn't get stuff done without OM. constantly going behind HIS to make sure they got things done in a timely manner. OM is basically the boss while being paid like a high schooler

      Solid Company- Good Start to Med Sales

      Pros

      Only 9-5, but more work=more money. Building your office/client base. Can make as much as you're willing to put in. Inside sales team books appointments for you, no prospecting. Fairly low stress.

      Cons

      Managements direction is questionable. Corporate starting to micromanage/cut costs. Need to focus more on patient care to drive long term outcomes. Short term plans do not lead to long term wins. Turnover too high.
