I like working at Miracle Ear because it gives me the chance to work directly with those in my community to help better their lives. I like working for a company that feels like a family and provides support whenever it is needed. I also enjoy being on a team that pushes you to set big goals and helps you to celebrate when you achieve them.

They paid semi decently. No benefits.

Dishonestly of the franchise owner. 0/5 stars; would not recommend. As a former employee of this establishment, I was horrified to find the owner up-coding. They would bill insurance companies for a higher level of hearing aid than they delivered to the patient. When I discovered this practice, I began asking questions, thinking it was just a mistake on the owner's part. I was told to "not worry about it." Every single person working there was aware of the insurance fraud being committed and chose to look the other way. Their business practices didn't align with my personal beliefs and values. There is something particularly egregious about taking advantage of elderly people and those on fixed incomes. If you're in need of hearing aids, I recommend going to Costco. They are basically the same models for a significantly lower cost.

You won't be disappointed, this team is incredible and enthusiastic! We build each other up, support our purpose to help those in need and strive to care for each individual who walks through our doors with the best service. Be prepared for team building, positivity and knowledge of the hearing aid world like no one else can provide. Our technology is advanced with direct streaming and rechargeable systems. I myself wear devices and wouldn't choose another product than Miracle-Ear.
