I love my Miracle-Ear family! It is amazing how, even though we have grown from 8 stores when I arrived to over 38 locations, the company has never lost sight of each person as an individual. Each team member works hard to win and to be their best. Our company is one where, if you love friendly competition for achievement, you will love it. If you love the "work-family," you will love it here. If you love personal development you can grow within the company because the growth has provided room for advancement. Each year our company gets better and better, and then just when you think the company cannot possibly give any more, BAM! If you are a top performer, hard worker, and team player this is the spot to be. The management thinks about the team first and in every decision, communicates well with the team, and builds real relationships with their team. Decisions are weighed around the thought, "How is this decision going to impact the team member?"
