      Miracle Ear gives me the opportunity to positively impact every person that walks in the door. It is the most rewarding work I could imagine myself doing. Not only that, the rewards for a job well done make me feel appreciated. Company owners are not required to invest in their employees. They choose to based on their commitment to their team. We work for the best <3

      Cons

      Must be a self-starter. The clinic usually consists of one provider and one support staff person.

      The Owners/ Managers have an excellent Business Plan to grow their company and to reward their employees. They actually deliver on what they say they will do. They understand there is a learning curve with this industry, and they support you 100%. They surround you with other good people to help you succeed. I like working with the people of Miracle Ear Midwest.. I really Do !
