few points I wish to discuss here -
they are playing with client projects(example: if the client needs a senior resource miracle leads & management provider a junior to the client) by this company got huge money saving.
On but another side - junior employee suffers a lot to complete the work and remember this no one help that junior resources because 80% are juniors in the projects.
if a client requires a full-stack developer with 10 years of experience they will place a senior employee who doesn't have full stack knowledge.
if the client doesn't have any technical knowledge, that's it miracle will play all kinds of games with the client.
Another money-saving concept is lock amount. if any employee working on a project they will hold a lock amount basis on the salary that you are getting.
in order to get your lock amount, you need to be there in the project for 1 year if not, you have not received your lock amount.(ex: 4k per month if you're in the project for 11 months = 44k will be lost because you're not on the project in the 12th month)
if an employee takes leave more than 2 days a month then they will cut the salary & project attendance allowance to half (means 3k is the allowance you will get 1.5k only).
by these 2 big clients are end-up their contract with a miracle but still company change in their plans for fooling the clients & blaming junior resources.
there is a lot. not recommended here neither for employment nor for a business like clients etc.
